When registering an account at Link Mega, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Link Mega reserves the right to request identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any time. This process may involve submitting a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), a utility bill as proof of address, or banking information. Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe may result in restrictions being placed on your account.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Link Mega will never ask for your password under any circumstances. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.
Link Mega only accepts deposits via approved payment methods. The accepted methods for Malaysian users are:
Minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. Maximum daily and weekly deposit limits may vary depending on your chosen payment method and VIP tier. Diamond VIP members enjoy higher deposit limits than standard members.
Deposits via DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and ShopeePay are typically processed within seconds. Deposits via FPX (Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks) may take up to 5 minutes depending on the respective bank's system.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system – including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, hedge betting, or other techniques deemed as bonus fraud – will result in bonus forfeiture, account closure, and confiscation of all remaining balances.
Members are entitled to one welcome bonus for the duration of their membership. This bonus is non-transferable to other members.

Link Mega reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: (i) breach of these Terms & Conditions; (ii) detected fraud or suspicious activity; (iii) failure to meet KYC requirements; (iv) use of the platform by an underage individual; (v) for any reason deemed justified by Link Mega to protect the interests of the platform and other members.
